PSA oxygen generator takes clean compressed air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, according to the difference of the adsorption amount of oxygen and nitrogen in the air on the surface of zeolite molecular sieve and the different diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen in the zeolite molecular sieve, through the programmable controller to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, the process of pressurized adsorption and decompression desorption can be realized, to complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen and get the required purity of oxygen.
Our company's oxygen generator system is roughly divided into oxygen cylinder filling system and hospital bed oxygen supply system. The oxygen generator system contains air compressor, refrigerated dryer, filters, oxygen generator host, buffer tank, oxygen booster, filling station, water chiller and PLC control cabinet.
HYO-15 oxygen generator system could produce 15Nm³/h oxygen, and the oxygen purity could reach 93-99%, it also could fill 60 cylinders of 6m³ or 36 cylinders of 10m³ per day.
