Brief Introduction of Oxygen Generator system

Principle of PSA Oxygen Generator System
The PSA oxygen generator uses zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) as adsorbent, using the principle of pressurized adsorption and decompression desorption to adsorb and release nitrogen, and finally obtain oxygen. The separation is based on the small difference in the aerodynamic diameters of O2 and N2, with N2 molecules diffusing faster than O2 molecules in the ZMS micropores and water and carbon dioxide diffusing almost as fast as N2 in compressed air. The final enrichment is the oxygen molecules in the adsorption column. By applying the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS), the air is separated on the basis of the principle of adsorption by pressurization and desorption by decompression, and high purity oxygen generation is continuously obtained.
